Giving
Your generosity matters!
We are tremendously grateful to the alumni and friends who have generously given back to SA+P over the years. This support has laid a strong foundation that empowers our commitment to excellence in advancing impactful research, training future leaders for meaningful lives and careers, enabling us to put on compelling public programming, and so much more.
SA+P Priorities
- Empowering our students: Fellowship support is critical to attracting the best, most diverse student body regardless of financial need and ensuring that our graduates are not burdened with excessive debt. Channeling support for our students is an absolute priority for our school and for the future of our fields.
- The future hub of design for all of MIT: In 2025, the Department of Architecture, the MIT Morningside Academy for Design, and research units in the school will be moving to the Metropolitan Warehouse. It will be the future hub of design for all of MIT and house the largest makerspace on campus. You can find more information about our plans here. Gifts can be made to support this renovation project here. Contact us to learn more if you are interested in considering naming a space in the building.
- Discretionary support: This type of funding is deeply appreciated, as it provides our departments with the resources needed to support our day-to-day operations and to take bold bets on exciting new initiatives, as they develop.
